A Transfer Charge record is created each time funds move between your connected account and Fonteva Payments. A Transfer Charge record can represent:

  • Refund fees debited from your account when a customer refund is completed.

  • Dispute fees debited from your account when a customer dispute is resolved.

  • Disputed funds credited to your account when you win a customer dispute.

The Transfer Charge Process
