Rapid Order Entry - Multi-Currency
Multi-Currency And Rapid Order Entry:
When Fonteva Multi-Currency is enabled, staff users have the option to change the Functional Currency for orders in Rapid Order Entry (ROE) through Advanced Settings. Within Advanced Settings, selecting a Business Group will make all of its corresponding currencies available for use within ROE. Selecting a currency will change the currency used for the purchase.
Once an Item is in the cart, you will be unable to change the currency. The Advanced Settings option will gray out. You will need to empty the cart in order to access Advanced Settings again and change your currency.
Currency Conversion In Rapid Order Entry - Advanced Settings:
You will adjust your currency and Business Group using Advanced Settings.
Navigate to your Account or Contact and click the Rapid Order Entry quick action. Rapid Order Entry will open.
In the top right corner, you will see the Advanced Settings button. Click Advanced Settings. The Advanced Settings window will open.
Click the Business Group field to select your Business Group. You will only be able to select items available from the Store(s) associated with this Business Group.
Click the Currency field and select your desired currency. You will only be able to select from the Functional Currencies enabled for your selected Business Group and its Store(s).
Click Save. Your transaction will now take place in your selected currency, and you can begin adding Items to the order.
