After creating a Zoom Connection in Webinar Sync, add Salesforce users to each Connection as needed. At least one Connection User is required to sync Fonteva events with your webinar platform.
Webinar Sync Connection Users must have a user account in Salesforce and an authorized user account in the selected webinar platform.
Webinar Sync installation. A licensed version of Fonteva Webinar Sync must be installed in Salesforce. See the Install Webinar Sync page for details.
Webinar Sync Connection. A Connection to a valid Zoom account must be configured before adding Connection Users. See the Connect to Zoom page for details.
Add a Connection User. To begin syncing events, at least one Connection user is required.
Import Multiple Connection Users. If multiple Salesforce users need the ability to sync events, add them all at one time.
Update a Connection User. Change Webinar Sync settings for an existing Connection User.
Delete a Connection User. Remove any Connection Users who no longer need to sync events.
