Admins can create a Will Not Ship Region to identify a country that will Items cannot be shipped to. When enabled, the Will Not Ship feature displays a custom message to the shopper indicating that the region they are trying to ship to is not supported, and the shopper will be prevented from completing their purchase.
Create a Will Not Ship Region:
Navigate to the Shipping Regions tab and click the New button. The New Shipping Region modal will open.
Type the Shipping Region Name. The name will appear in the Shipping Rates lookup.
Optionally, type a Display Name.
In the Address Field Values (CSV) field, provide the countries that will not be able to receive shipments within the Shipping Region. Include any common abbreviations for country names. For example, customers may enter "USA", "US", or "United States" for the shipping country. Country names are not case sensitive.
Check the Will Not Ship checkbox.
In the Will Not Ship Message field, type a message that will display to customers attempting to ship purchases from an unsupported destination when checking out via the Store.
Shoppers will not be able to ship to the created Will Not Ship Shipping Region. They will receive the Will Not Ship message and be prevented from completing their purchase.
