If your organization is using a free/trial version of Webinar Sync, follow the steps below to upgrade to the licensed Webinar Sync Extension App.

Install the Webinar Sync Extension App

Complete the installation

Post Installation Steps

  1. From the Apps icon :apps:, select Webinar Sync.

  2. Select the Webinar Sync - Setup object.

  3. Select Click here to migrate from “Webinar Sync” classic. The Fonteva Migration Assistant window opens.

  4. In the Connections area, select Migrate. The Connections area changes to indicate this step has been completed.

  5. In the Authorized Zoom/Goto Users area, select Migrate. The Authorized Users area updates to indicate this step has been completed.

  6. In the Events & Attendees area, select Migrate. The Events & Attendees area updates to indicate this step has been completed.

  7. Select Mark Completed.

  8. You will be returned to the Meeting & Webinar Setup page. Note that:

    1. The Click here to migrate from “Webinar Sync” classic link is no longer displayed.

    2. The Connection information is now displayed.

To add more users, refer to Connecting to Zoom or Connecting to GoToWebinar.

Update Events Page Layout

  1. Remove the WebinarSync Classic Action from the Events page layout.

  2. Add the new Webinar Sync Action to the Events page layout.
