After creating a Zoom and/or GoTo Connection in Webinar Sync, add Salesforce users to each Connection as needed. At least one Connection User is required to sync Fonteva events with your webinar platform.

Webinar Sync Connection Users must have a user account in Salesforce and an authorized user account in the selected webinar platform.
