Create multiple Webinar Sync Connection Users at one time.

  1. In Fonteva, go to App Picker > Webinar Sync - Setup.

  2. In the Authorize Staff/Community Users section of the connection, select Import Users. The Add User(s)modal displays all Salesforce users that have Zoom accounts.

  3. Select each Salesforce user requiring access to sync events, then select Add Now.

  4. Confirm the selected Salesforce users are added to the Authorize Staff/Community Users section.
