Create multiple Webinar Sync Connection Users at one time.

  1. In Fonteva, go to App Picker > Webinar Sync - Setup.

  2. In the Authorize Staff/Community Users section of the connection, select Import Users. The Add User(s)modal displays all Salesforce users that have Zoom / GoTo accounts.

  3. Select each Salesforce user requiring access to sync events, then select Add Now.

  4. Confirm the selected Salesforce users are added to the Authorize Staff/Community Users section.
