If you have customized your login page, such as adding a custom background image, you will need to enable custom login pages. Otherwise, your customizations will not show up.

  1. Navigate to Setup > All Communities.

  2. Select Workspaces for your Community Portal.

  3. Select Administration from My Workspaces. The Administration page will open.

  4. Select Preferences from the left-hand menu.

  5. Check Show all Settings in Workspaces.

  6. Click Save. The page will reload.

  7. Check Let guest users view asset files on public and login pages.

  8. Click Save.
