The Order View page is automatically included in releases as of the Fonteva 20 Spring release.

The Order View page is a standalone page that displays Order Summaries and Financial Document PDFs from the Order View Drawer. Users can print from this page, send a URL link, and make payments.

Page Privacy and Security:

The Order View page must be set to Public on the page's Properties. Otherwise, the page will not be accessible. To avoid exposure of private information, an internal mechanism encrypts the pages’ IDs to prevent access from malicious parties. This encrypted ID is only supported on the Financial Document and Order View pages, and is internal. An Encrypted ID field is available on the Order Summary, Sales Order, Invoice, Credit Note, and Receipt objects to provide an encryption ID link that can be applied to emails and other outgoing links.

Create an Order View Page:

Navigate to Setup > All Communities. Organizations already using Fonteva's Bolt Solution in the Lightning Community will need to create this page manually.

  1. Select the Builder link for your Community Site. The Community Builder will open.

  2. Click Home and select New Page from the dropdown menu. The New Page modal will open.

  3. Select Standard Page.

  4. Select the Fonteva: Full Width layout. Click Next after selecting the layout.

  5. Type the page name as Order View

  6. Click Create.

  7. Click the Lightning icon to open a dropdown list of components.

  8. Locate the FON Order View Lightning Component and drag it to the Content section of the page.

  9. Locate the Fonteva Navigation component and drag it to the Content Header section.

  10. Click Publish to publish the new page.

Encrypted ID Fields:

The Encrypted ID field provides an encrypted ID link that can be applied to emails and other outgoing links where you want to provide your Order View page. This field is located on the Order Summary, Sales Order, Invoice, Credit Note, and Receipt objects.

Run Access Manager:

After publishing the Order View page, we recommend you run Access Manager for your Community Profiles. Directions for running Access Manager are on the Run Access Manager page.

Make sure you enable Object PermissionsClass and Page Access, and Field Permissions as detailed in Step 5 on the Run Access Manager page. The Order View page will not be accessible otherwise.
