Determine which version you are currently on and follow directions for the corresponding steps below:
Currently on 2018-R1, 2018-R2:
If you are on 2018-R1 or 2018-R2, please navigate to Fonteva Framework > Marketplace. Select Update to Fonteva 20Spring.0.0. This will automatically update your organization to the Fonteva 20Spring release.
Currently on 2019-R1, Patch Version Prior to 1.0.23:
If you are currently on 2019-R1 and are using a patch version prior to the latest version (1.0.23), you will need to update to the latest patch version before you are able to update to Fonteva 20Spring. Please navigate to Fonteva Framework > Product Updates and choose Update to 2019 1.0.23.
When your update to 19-R1 1.0.23 is complete, please follow up with the directions for upgrading to Fonteva 20Spring below:
Currently On 2019-R1 1.0.23, Latest Patch:
If you are currently using the latest patch version of 2019-R1 (1.0.23), please navigate to Fonteva Framework > Product Updates and choose Update to Fonteva 20Spring.0.0. This will automatically update your organization to the Fonteva 20Spring release.
After upgrading the Fonteva Platform to Fonteva 20Spring, you can also update any lab packages to the corresponding version.
